Information requested when submissions open

Enquiries ask for your name, email, optional company and message. Discussion contributions ask for your name, email and comment. Approved contributions display your name and comment publicly; your email is not published.

Purpose and storage

Enquiries will be used to respond to requests about future services. Discussion information will be used for moderation and publication. Netlify hosts the site and request handling; Supabase provides database storage. We do not sell your contact information or add you to marketing lists through these forms.

Before collection begins

The operating business must confirm its identity, lawful bases, retention periods, data processing arrangements and any international transfer information. The public notice must be completed and reviewed before submissions are enabled.

Cookies and technical logs

This site does not add advertising or analytics cookies. When portal sign-in is enabled, Supabase authentication stores session credentials in your browser to keep you signed in. Portal accounts also store your assigned role, profile and records shared with your account. Sign out on shared devices. Hosting services may process technical request information to deliver and protect the website. External links take you to services with their own privacy notices.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict use of personal data, or object to processing. You can raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
